Here is a list of my breads made with water, salt and a naturally cultured levain or Yeast, using a slow fermentation process giving my bread taste, structure and best of all its easy to digest. No flour improvers or additives.

Most of our breads are vegan (all vegan breads are marked with a v)

We can also slice all breads and wrap free of charge.

 

Sourdoughs…

Rye Sourdough (v)

100% rye sourdough made with a rye sourdough starter. This loaf improves with age and will keep for about 7 days. All my bread is best fresh on the day its OK the day after then amazing for toast 3 or 4 days after that. Freezes very well.

INGREDIENTS: Whole grain rye flour, water, a little salt & a rye levain.

 

White Sourdough (v)

Probably the most popular of all sourdough breads. A very open crumb beautiful tasting and due to the fermentation process very easy to digest. All my bread is best fresh on the day; its OK the day after, then amazing for toast 3 or 4 days after that. Freezes very well.

INGREDIENTS: Organic, unbleached white flour, water, a little salt and a natural levain.

 

Organic Spelt Bread (v)

Spelt is a slightly denser loaf which has a rustic nutty flavour and texture. Its busting with vitamins and minerals and has a whole load of health benefits. All my bread is best fresh on the day; its OK the day after, then amazing for toast 4 or 5 days after that. Freezes very well.

INGREDIENTS: Organic Spelt flour, water, a little salt and a natural levain.

 

Nordic Rye Sourdough (v)

100% dark rye sourdough made with a rye sourdough starter. This has a very distinct flavour (you’ll love it or hate it) I love it with smoked salmon! This loaf improves with age and will keep for about 7 days. All my bread is best fresh on the day; its OK the day after, then amazing for toast 3 or 4 days after that. Freezes very well.

INGREDIENTS: Wholegrain dark rye flour, water, a little salt, molasses, seeds (a mix of 5) & a rye levain.

 

Wholemeal Sourdough (v)

A beautiful tasting sourdough and due to the fermentation process very easy to digest. All my bread is best fresh on the day; its OK the day after, then amazing for toast 3 or 4 days after that. Freezes very well.

INGREDIENTS: Organic, wholemeal flour, water, a little salt and a natural levain.

 

Yeasted Breads…

White Boule

Probably the most popular yeasted bread breads. A very open crumb beautiful tasting and due to the fermentation process very easy to digest.  Due to the unbleached flour we use, our bread has a delicious creamy colour to it – best served with homemade salted butter! All my bread is best fresh on the day; its OK the day after, then amazing for toast 3 or 4 days after that. Freezes very well.

INGREDIENTS: Organic, unbleached white flour, water, yeast, and  a little salt.

 

Wholemeal Bread (v)

A more compact loaf packed with flavour due to the fermentation process very easy to digest – delicious served with poached eggs for a healthy start to the day! All my bread is best fresh on the day; its OK the day after, then amazing for toast 3 or 4 days after that. Freezes very well.

INGREDIENTS: Organic, unbleached white flour, water, yeast, and  a little salt.

 

Cheesy bread

Yum Yum Yum…nothing else to say really! An open crumb, delicious with just about anything and due to the fermentation process very easy to digest . My children particularly love it topped with baked beans, my husband toasted with salted butter!

INGREDIENTS: Organic, unbleached white flour, water, yeast, a little salt and cheese.

 

Four Seeds & Oats

This is totally delicious, packed with flavour, and by far the most popular bread for our take away sandwiches. This loaf is compact loaf full of flavour and due to the fermentation process very easy to digest.

INGREDIENTS: Organic, malthouse white flour, water, yeast, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, sesame seeds, honey and a little salt.

 

Chocolate Bread

Just as it sounds, AMAZING! We usually only do this around the weekend, it has an open crumb, complemented with delicious Belgium chocolate throughout! Kids love it and so do grown ups and due to the fermentation process very easy to digest.

INGREDIENTS: Organic, unbleached white flour, water, yeast, a little salt and chocolate.

 

Focaccia

Even our Italian customers love this bread. As with all our breads we make it with joy and that certainly comes out in every mouth full of this Italian treasure! We use a long fermentation process with this and you can tell, be warned its very moreish! It is delicious dipped in oils and vinegar or filled with mozzarella, tomato and basil for a delicious Italian style lunch!

INGREDIENTS: Organic, unbleached white flour, water, yeast, a little salt and olive oil (plus any toppings).
