All our bread is made is a traditional way, using water, salt and a naturally cultured levain (sourdough starter) or Yeast.

How our bread is made
It takes between 24 and 48 hours to make our delicious bread, because we use a slow fermentation process giving our bread taste and structure.
When bread is made using the age-old tradition of time, it is much easier to digest, and the yeast has time to breakdown the proteins in the flour, so not only is our bread totally delicious it’s also easy to digest.
We source our flour from Marriages Millers, a family run business which has been producing excellent quality flours for almost 200 years!
We do not use any flour improvers or additives.
Most of our breads are vegan (v).
